Mountain Grove is located in Traveler’s Rest, South Carolina with views of Paris Mountain State Park. We offer RV Park Model Tiny Homes that are under 400 sq. ft. plus optional lofts and porches. Our homes start at $135,000 and village fees range from $480 – $500 per month. Village fees include power, water, sewer, trash, basic property maintenance, land taxes, amenities, community pavilion access and more!
